    Delano Hotel

    Delano Hotel

    Class:
    4.5
    35 reviews

Whenever I'm in Miami I make a point to get a drink here. The inside is a modern decadence. The lighting is very Miami opulent. The outside is pretty amazing. There are life size chess pieces, hammocks and a rod iron table and chair in a really shallow area of the pool. Speaking of the pool, they play classical music ...

My favorite thing to do on a Saturday off is take a cool plunge followed by a hot soak at the spa at the Standard Hotel in Miami Beach. They have amazing yoga class and a beautiful restaurant overlooking the water.

Gorgeous hotel. The rooms are not large, but this is a very nice hotel centrally located in South Beach. The brunch may be best I have ever eaten- truly amazing chef. This is a romantic place to stay- usually older people not the typical "South Beach" crowd.

    Mandarin Oriental

    Class:

Excellent! - 91% of guests recommend

The biggest annoyance about this hotel is that it's pretty isolated and you need a decent cab ride to get to South Beach, Little Havana, etc. That said, the spa is beautiful and the private beach is lovely. Food and beverage is slightly overpriced, but that's to be expected at a high-end hotel like this. If someone else hadn't booked ...

Anglers is really nice if you're looking for something a little quieter or bigger rooms. Simply put, the hotel experience here is great with excellent service. The pool bar is fun and although its off the beach, its still just a couple blocks and we made friends with some of the other guests! Super fun times at the clubs at ...

If you want to skip SoBe but still want to stay at a hotel at/by the beach this is the place. Still close close enough but far away from the craziness of SoBe. Love the pool and the pool bar.

    Eden Roc Miami Beach

    Class:

Very Good! - 82% of guests recommend

The massive lobby bar is a swanky tribute to Miami Beach's golden era. It's one of this city's grand hotel bars where you'd expect to see James Bond waltz up and order it shaken, no stirred. Yet, beyond the bar itself, I couldn't find a lot to love about this hotel. Rooms are nice. It's got a decent pool. But ...

First of all, this trip was booked in October as a last ditch effort to preserve my perfectly achieved summer tan. Not only was there no sun the entire weekend, but we were on tropical storm watch the entire trip. Regardless, the pancakes, pina coladas, and attentive service made the trip well worth it. The Raleigh is not your typical ...

Housed in the former Versace Mansion, the Villa by Barton G prides itself on being Miami's most luxurious hotel and venue, and it really is. Upon passing by the throngs of hobby photographers and reaching the famous gates of the mansion, the often-gaudy glitz of Miami Beach fades away into a serene sanctuary of opulence. Suddenly, Ocean Drive is a ...

The rooms are large, with great views of Biscayne Bay. The beds are comfortable, and each room includes an espresso machine. There are even television screens embedded in the bathroom mirrors. This place is white. Stark white. And not that cool, clean Miami Beach white. I'm not talking about that. I'm talking about extremely refined, I'm terrified to take a sip of my wine lest I spill it on my grandmother's couch white. I'm sorry, this is a lovely, lovely hotel for people with OCD cleanliness disorders. But for me, I ...
