    In-N-Out Burger

    4.5
    37 reviews

I always like going to In N Out because you know what you're getting and it's always good and fresh. I recommend getting the burger protein style so you avoid eating the extra calories from the white bread. But when you feel like satisfying a guilty pleasure the Animal style fries are very good.

    The Broken Yolk Cafe

It was heaven when I was a student at UCSD. Huge omelettes for a decent price to feed a student's belly. Now as a working professional, it's just a great place to split a meal with friends and catch up on the upper deck.

    Hodad's

YOU MUST EAT HERE!!! If you are a burgers, fries and onion rings fan then you can't miss Hodads!! The location in ocean beach is the original hole in the wall joint, but they do have a new location in downtown that is just as good (minus the beachy atmosphere). Careful though, the lines can be long and it's a ...

    Slater's 50/50 Burgers by Design

    4.5
    18 reviews

The burgers were okay, not the best like everyone exaggerates. The atmosphere is pretty good. There is more beer selection than food which it should be a 50/50. Our group had the worst waitress. She was rude, not paid attention to our table and even spill my friends drink and didn't apologize she just walk away. The worst part is ...

    Neighborhood

    4.5
    12 reviews

Top three BEST hamburgers in San Diego. The "neighborhood" burger is mouthwatering. It comes on a delicious soft bun with caramelized onions. The meat is so juicy and high-quality! They have an extensive list of house-made sauces, a huge plus! Note, they do not have ketchup. I like their aoili's and also this one spicy sauce.. I think it's cranberry ...

A fun diner with good food. It sits on the edge of an actual movie lot and is decorated with movie props. It was featured on Diners & DriveIns.

Every burger is a religious experience. The mouth watering begins as soon as you walk in. The Teriyaki Chicken Burger is to die for. I have been ordering that since before I could remember. I recommend that for anyone's first time.

    Bj's Restaurant & Brewery

I've been here a few times, and my experience has been different every time. First, we had "okay" service while sitting on the outside terrace - our waiter was friendly and cute as a button, but our food took forever and was delivered cold. The second time, my mom and I came in during an off-peak hour, but were seated ...

    Red Robin Gourmet Burgers

My favorite burger house of all time. There's something about the 50's decor, the dripping juicy burgers, the cherry limeade, or the fact that I've been going there as a tradition since I was 7 years old that just makes it feel like home. Try the teriyaki chicken sandwich....to die for. Oh, and ranch dressing with your steak fries is ...

I have one word for you if you're in San Diego and you love a good burger: GO! I'm so glad I happened upon the restaurant listing when I was searching for spots near our hotel in DT SD. My brother wasn't too amazed by the food we had for dinner the night before, so I wanted to make sure ...

Great breakfast spot. If you on a low carb diet this is not your place.... Been around for ever and has a fun family feeling, real old school interior and friendly staff. Cash only payment beware. :-)
