    Milos Island

    4 reviews

A beautiful island with truly amazing beaches (each different from one another), Milos is definitely a great spot for a summer vacation. There are lots of great restaurants in Adamas and Pollonia and it is lively without being overly touristic! People here are super friendly and try to help out even when there's a language barrier. It is definitely worth ...

I didn't have enough time to explore Mytilene but the island differentiates itself from other Greek islands. The island is greener, some houses look like miniature palaces, and stray dogs and cats roam the streets but do not interact with people unless people approach them. Travel tip: Mytilene has customs access to Ayvalik, Turkey and is a great alternative for ...

History, passion, traffic but charm. Athens can be an amazingly lovable city, if you know where to go ;-)

In my opinion, Reth is the most beautiful department of Crete. It combines the characteristics of a small town along with these of a village, it accomodates lots of students, it has great stamping grounds, many historical places to visit, an interesting nightlife and picturesque places to walkabout.

    Naxos Island

    4 reviews

Naxos is an island particularly gifted by nature. Endless golden beaches and turquoise waters, picture save deserted coves. Large alive groves and valleys where citrus fruits, vegetables and different flowers grow. Naxos has so much history to see. You have to taste the typical Naxiotic products like cheese, citron liceure, olives, honey... Naxos is veried, for all age bands. Whatersports, ...

This beach is a bit of a tourist trap in season... It is quaint and full of Europeans during high season but it still has the charm of a Greek village.

A little difficult to get to but so worth it. Some of the most Spectacular views can be seen from this vantage point in an area not largely populated by tourists. You will visit this in conjunction with Sfakia.

I kind of hate to broadcast my favorite Greek beach of all time, but this is about as dreamy a low-key vacation spot as you could want. Small town, very family-friendly, lots of options for lodging (Hotel Galini is best small hotel, plus lots of villa rentals), a good variety of restaurants (traditional Greek and more creative) and all totally ...

This is the least expensive part of Santorini that exists. If you are on a budget but still want to explore this beautiful island then this is the area to be in. Lots of restaurants and the Black Sand Beaches are amazing! You actually can stay in a comfortable 3 star hotel in this area that would be the same ...

Heraklion is the largest city on the island of Crete. The main airport and the the largest port are also here. It isn't as picturesque as Chania. It is chaotic, loud and the beaches just aren't as nice. In all fairness if you drive about an hour out of this city you will reach the most affluent part of the ...
