Not bad...a standard hotel chain. The hotel is quite nice, and I was impressed. The rooms are nice and clean, and the hotel looks as if it is well taken care of. Be warned though that this hotel is a bit outside of the normal tourist areas. It is not easy to reach by public transport, but it is not impossible. Just be prepared to do a lot of walking: highly recommend cabbing it to the hotel from the airport.
I like that there is a pool (the beaches of Rome aren't the best so a pool makes a difference if you want to cool off from the heat...) since these can be hard to find in most hotels in the city. They also offer some transportation to and from the city center at set times during the day, and this can be very useful given that the hotel is off the beaten path, so to speak.
The rates are reasonable and cheaper than most other hotels of its class in Rome. Given that it is a bit outside the city, this can be a plus. The Marconi area of Rome is very authentically Roman, but probably of little use to the average tourist who doesn't speak the language.

Thr H10 RomaCitta at Pietro Blaserna 101, Rome, Italy is the most crisply clean hotel I've ever stayed in. My very tiny upgraded room was called a Superior Double Room, so very tiny it was difficult to use the closet for hanging clothing and placing suitcase. It did have a very nice desk area, a combination safe, and hardwood floors. The nightstand was tiny, with a lamp that was difficult to use for reading in bed at night.
The bathroom was very nice to look at - stark white with metal and glass. It was absolutely sparkling clean, but stocked with no amenities whatever. The tiny remaining toilet paper roll had one small "full" roll on a peg, but because the room had no facial tissues, the toilet paper depleted quickly. The sink was elevated from a tiny surround, with no place whatever to place cosmetics- no place at all! It was the most difficult hotel bathroom I have ever used.
A large window with flowing curtains opened onto a side street and a soccer field which appeared to be at a school. It was interesting and entertaining to watch people come and go, and the breeze was nice.
The H10 RomaCitta is located in the farthest possible area of Trastavere in the Marconi district, south of Rome. It is not in the city. It is difficult to reach any place of interest by public transportation. It was easy to get a cab - the front desk will make the call - but very costly to go from the hotel to any of the obvious tourist places, such as the Vatican, Colosseum, and the city center. Be prepared to pay up to $25.00 for a ride to the city. Once leaving the hotel in the morning, there's no going back to retrieve your camera or take a short rest; that was too expensive, at least for me.
However, within two blocks there is a very nice inexpensive cafe which also makes light lunches and light dinners. The coffee there was good, the owner and her helpers friendly, and a very short walk. When I asked the H10 front desk where to go for coffee at 6:30 a.m. they told me "only our restaurant" - which would open in 30 minutes, of course you can wait right here - and they did not direct me to the cafe; I found it on my own. The H10 restaurant is very costly. The cafe six Euro breakfast would have been twenty five Euro at the H10. I was annoyed by the H10 front desk dishonesty.
There is one street, Marconi, not far away - six blocks - where a grocery store, clothing stores, and a few restaurants can be found. This south Trastavere area is not much fun for walking and being enthusiastic about Rome.
If you want a clean room, friendly front desk, quiet area away from the city, the H10 is fine. But I was on holiday, where every day counted, and the unacceptable location will prevent me from returning.
