It's a lot pricier than what I am used to, but all the employees here are experts in what they do. Every single of them takes the time to perfect your haircut, perm, dye-job, etc. They will listen to your wants, concerns, and will help you find a solution for any problem.

I saw a lady walk in with really damaged hair (like WOW) and she was definitely not happy. By the time her person was working on her, she was looking more relaxed. Yes, I was eavsdropping, but that is what happens when you're barely 5 feet away from someone else who is clearly not shy about sharing their hair problems.

I like that there is free parking here, but you may have to circle around a couple times if you want to park closer to HAir Epoch. If not, park close to Chase Bank.

Appointments are HIGHLY recommended. Some elderly woman walked in around 12:30PM and was told there wasn't going to be an opening until after 5PM. She tried to weasel her way in, but the guy working the front desk politely told her everyone was booked SOLID until the early evening. So yes, Hair Epoch is super popular! You've been warned.

BTW, I've been here at least 4-5 times and they have always been consistent. Too bad Koji left...he was great at what he did and always wore cute boots.
