This is a gem. First class (large) rooms with every possible facility and it is in a rare quiet street slap at the edge of everything. Staff so kind and helpful. Four of us just spent 4 days here and I was truly impressed by everything.

We spent a lovely week there in Jul, 2013. The hotel is located on the Hang Hanh street (it is famous for Hanoi coffee) close to Hoan Kiem Lake and the tourist destinations of Hanoi. The rooms are surprisingly bigger with huge bed and large screen TV. Bathroom is also very modern and nice. There is a restaurant on top floor where you can enjoy tasty breakfast and see overview of Hanoi city. You also can use massage service in the hotel which is so cheap you don't have to go outside to look for other places. The purpose of our visit to Hanoi was to look for a property and I would say that this is the best hotel to stay during doing business.Recommended for

I and my partner went to this wonderful hotel in the end of June, 2013 and we had a great time there. It is a three hotel and located right at the gate way to Hanoi old quarter, near Hoan Kiem lake. The location is very nice since it is close to restaurants, bar, souvenir shops and coffee shops. Other good point is the staff. Very friendly and always pleasure to talk to. They helped us from the first day with orientation since it is our first time in Hanoi. The rooms are very big and spacious, at the same time warm and cozy. Good amenities also - LCD TV, air-con, mini-bar, hair drier, well everything for a 4-star hotel. Food is also of a good quality, good variety and nice ambience in the restaurant.I would recommend this hotel for sure to my friends
