This is a great amusement park for toddlers. Some of our kids' favourites:
1/ A petting zoo with cute farm animals and lots of enthusiastic toddlers, keen to brush and annoy :)
2/ small zoo (capybaras, wallabies, lemurs and a lonely jaguar)
    3/ dragon train
    4/ the gigantic playground structure
5/ The firetruck / police car merry go round
6/ running around in the maze
    7/ mock paleontological dig
8/ running across the suspension bridge towards the car park

Tip: Do not come on long weekends (too crowded)
Do go in the mornings when it is less crowded and leave after lunch

this was my kids' favorite Saturday morning destination. we'd pack a bag with sandwiches and cold drinks (prices in the park are crazy), and head out to this super-cute park & zoo. it's great for the younger children, i would guess kids over 8 or 9 would be kind of bored with the small rides and small animals... but young ones love them. the petting zoo is awesome!

This is a great mini-amusement park for kids. There are 2 small zoo areas where you can see different types of animals, as well as a variety of carnival rides that kids can ride alone and some rides that parents can accompany kids on. There is also a giant tree house for kids to play on.

Nice small park for young kids. They have lot's of activities, a small zoo, amusement park and some nice picnic area. the only problem is that it's a place you can come only when the weather is nice because everything is outdoor. The price (12$ for adults) is more than reasonable and kids under the age of 2 are free.

    What a cute place!
Awesome place for kids to run around, play, pet farm animals, learn about wild animals, and enjoy fun rides.
There is also a puppet show and meet the parrots!
I love the fact that there is a lot of parking.
Very clean park. My 9 months old loved it ! We got the membership because we will visit it again.

A small park and zoo perfect for families to spend a lazy weekend day. When my daughter was younger we came here and she loved riding Danny the Dragon - a ride that my wife rode as a child. Happy Hollow closed for a remodeling, but has reopened.

I was there on a weekday with my 18 months old daughter, at first, we went to the farm, she fed the goats and brushed them.

From there we went to the playground, carousel, green dragon train and more...

After that we went to the zoo.

The place is big, clean, organized, you have lots of places to sit down with your kids, whether it's just to relax or to have a quick snack.

There's a big cafeteria with a playground right next to it.

I can say we both had a great time.

Since then, I went back there a couple of times and my impression did not change.

    love it!

On the edge of Kelly Park. Kids will love it. The historical museum is on the other side of Kelly Park - don't miss that.

Happy hollow is one of the best parks and zoos for ages 3-6 years. Roughly a 30 minute drive from our house.

Zoo and amusement park in one. If you live in the area, a season pass is well worth it. Makes it easy to go just for a morning. I take my 2-year-old and he LOVES it there.

It was a nice spot......Redwood Grove.....too bad Happy Hollow was under construction. See..that would have been a really fun show right here....going through the Hollow's drunk....oh yeah, you know what i'm talkin' bout!!!

I really must try more of the food at these things......it's just so much easier to do things with a cup in each hand. Everything looked fantastic and from the little that I did try...fantastic doesn't do it justice. On the other hand, my lack of eating has allowed most to bring more home....so you're welcome!

It was good meeting everyone...and sorry for not meeting everyone. What was with all departing early birds?? The show didn't start yet....oh well! Those who stayed behind seemed entertained. This smiley e-moticon is for you...my beloved audience.

The zoo is small but the park itself is great for kids, 1-5 years old

Great place for the kids. Gilroy Gardens seems to have more to offer.
