    Went to Hershey in the winter to see the factory and do the tour. Tour was disappointing it is a ride targeted for kids complete with singing cows and all. IMO don't waste your time.     The re-enactment of the battle of Gettysburg can be a lot of fun, even if it is historically inaccurate and campy. Travel the town with a guide or a history buff who can translate the terrain into the story.

    Home of Bucknell University and one of America's Top 100 Small towns. I lived here for 6 years as I worked at Bucknell. It is a very comfortable town that is beautifully set on the Susquehanna River. Unfortunately this comfort and beauty comes at the price of being completely isolated from the rest of functioning society.
