Being a foodie, I came here only to see the famous food court. It is a fantastic epicerie, where you can find all the best chocolate in the world, spices, condiments and ingredients. A must go if you like to cook, or just to eat. :)Recommended for:

99% of going to Harrod's is for the food halls. They're huge and have just about anything you would ever want. My favorite rooms were the chocolate/coffee room as well as the beef room (yes, a room all to beef, the poultry had another room). A great place to pick up edible souvenirs for reasonable prices if you know what you want.Recommended for:

Gold detailing, an Egyptian staircase, and any number of expensive goodies to browse. Harrod's is a longtime British institution. Many say it's going downhill these days; a couple years ago Mohammed al Fayed sold it to Qatar for 1.5 billion...still packed with tourists and luxury shoppers, however!Recommended for:

Any visit to London must include Harrods even if you don't buy! The design, architecture, and opulence is quite an experience. Even the powder room has branded perfumes thnk ordinary cologne :)Recommended for:

The BEST store in London, the most expensive brands have shops there. This is the biggest and most attractive shopping centre in the town. There is also a memorial of princess Diana and Dodi .

The area of Harrods I prefer is the one selling food. It is simply gorgeous and appealing. Also the toys area is really nice, not like Hamleys for sure, but interesting. What to say about clothing... Maybe to much, but there are some English hats really fantastic!
