When you are driving to Hana, this is one of the spots you don't want to miss when you get there. The food is fantastic, and you can grab plenty of things to keep you content on the drive back. Much more than your typical General Store, and the best thing going in Hana, at least in regards to shopping.

Not many businesses can say they've been around for over 100 years, but Hasagawa can certainly tout that honor. Not many stores like this exist today. With limited options to buy food in Hana, this is the spot to stop if you need to fill up while exploring the seemingly endless array of beaches, trails, and waterfalls in Hana.Recommended for:

This is the "Real Old Hawaii"! One of two grocery stores in Hana town, but a world apart from the other side of the island. Explore all the isles to see a variety of wares that the locals of Hana need to survive in this remote community. It is our life line when leaving here full time.

Always, we'll usually, has what you need from a fishing lure to an auto part, to Doritos, to rubber slippers.
A store rooted in tradition and culture. A legendary family run general store, serving the remote Hāna, Maui community.
