A visit to Hash House A Go Go should be a staple of visiting San Diego. Along with Balboa Park, Sea World A trip to the beach and seeing Coronado, this tasty stop should sell its own postcards its so darn good.

Love breakfast & brunch? I mean, really LOVE 'em? Hash House a Go Go is the place to well, go go. They've got "twisted farm food," which means gianormous pancakes, egg scrambled piled to high heaven, BBQ & biscuits, and so much more. I love the branches they've opened in Las Vegas, too.

This place is amazing! Their is always a wait outside and once we got in I could see why! They do breakfast/brunch and not only is the food delicious but the portions are MASSIVE and the price for what you get is incredibly reasonable. If you can't take your leftovers with you you'll probably want to share a dish, they are big enough for two or three people!

One of SD's famous and I can finally say I've been.
Came here early on Saturday and endured the long 45 min wait with everyone else. I expected big things and big things I got, like
A big Butterscotch Almond Pancake $8.95: sweet, fluffy, carb-y loveness that will cause major damage to those love handles. Probably one of the best pancakes I ever had. It's so huge that I can't even think of how they flip it! 4 stars
And a huge portion of the Hash House Original Benedict $11.95: When I saw benedict, I thought of hollandaise all over some basted eggs. I should of read the description because the sauce was a red pepper cream thing. It wasn't bad, but I wanted hollandaise sauce! That's my bad. But the eggs were yummy (over easy) and I enjoyed the spit biscuit that came along with it and yummy mashed potatoes. Little bit of crisp and fluffy :) I always love me some tomatoes and spinach. And bacon.. nom nom nom! 3.5 stars
This place has awesome service and since we had a birthday celebrant they were nice enough to put a candle on our hugeee pancake. Thanks Hash House! :)
