The cocktails are wonderful. Spent too many afternoons sipping on Pina Coladas people watching. Also, when Internet access was down in other parts of the city, the Nacional was usually up and runningPopular with

I did not stay here, I was just interested in the history & the photographs in the lobby... because this was actually the Havana Hilton that Fidel & his Barbudas had first headed when they entered to Havana. It is interesting to see all these pictures.Popular with

Lovely, cozy 10 room boutique hotel with a great location, across the famous Malecon and in the heart of Old Habana. This is also one of the Habaguanex hotels with a great staff... I will never forget our dear friend Israel who works in the reception desk... If you are looking for a romantic colonial experience with less formal setting... ...

Amazing boutique hotel in the heart of old Havana... Big colonial rooms, lovely decoration... Good service... This is one of the Habaguanex hotels which belongs to government... Habaguanex is renovating the colonial buildings with the help of historians board, high quality renovations of course. Then they turn those buildings to boutique hotels or restaurants after the renovations.

Very nice boutique hotel in a great neighborhood with an amazing rooftop pool that overlooks the city. Much newer than the historic hotels (nacional, etc) and while obviously made for tourists it doesn't feel nearly as touristy as the more famous hotels.Popular with

This was my favorite place I stayed in Cuba. Right on the Malecon, Manuel as fixed up a super nice property, and rents out a penthouse room on the top floor with a huge balcony overlooking the Malecon, which is great for sunset drinks. I highly recommend you try and stay here. Contact Manuel at 53 (7) 864 2582

He can also throw you some if you bring a flash drive. Vera was the Russian-Spanish translator for Fidel and did high level translations ...

Great location right in the center of Havana Vieja. Lisette is loud and knows a lot of people. She can help recommend people and places, but also often can seema bit pushy too.
