The Hilton Buenos Aires is amazing. Apart from being really close to all the new hip restaurants and pubs at Puerto Madero and being able to stroll around day and night by foot, the best thing, really, was to go back to the hotel and find that amazing bed waiting for me. The bed, pillows and covers are so soft you sink in them. You'll probably get one of the best nights of sleep in your life.Recommended for:

Located at Puerto Madero, the Hilton Buenos Aires is really close in walking distance to many attractions, including the downtown and major businesses, landmarks, shopping and endless dining options.
What I like most, it's this impressive lobby they have. At the roof you can use an outdoor swimming pool, plus it also has a great spa.Recommended for:

I stayed there 3 times in one visit to Buenos Aires. I found the experience to be quite nice. The staff was very helpful. On one of the returns there for one night it turned out that they had overbooked! They had booked me into another hotel (very nice) and had their private car take me over. They were extremely apologetic, they paid for the night and the breakfast the next day at the other hotel. The reservation for the Hilton was refunded. On my last stay there, they had flagged my reservation so that when i checked in the manager was called to to greet me. He apologized up and down for the previous incident and offered a to send up a bottle of wine, along with the upgrade to a Junior suite on the executive level!!! This is management recognizing their bad service and sincerely asking for forgiveness! Although considering how well I was taken care of, I can not under any terms call it bad service. It was a minor inconvenience! (the hilton luxor could learn a thing or two)
