The Prague Old Town, New Town, and Lesser Town were constructed between the 11th and 18th Centuries. Hradcani Castle, St. Vitus Cathedral, St. Charles Bridge and numerous historic Churches were built during the golden age of the 14th century. It is one of the most beautiful cities in the world, along with Rio de Janeiro.

historic Prague is divided into three parts: the central part with the historic market Altstaedter Ring, the Hus memorial, the Tyne Catherdral. Josephu is less old but here you find 200 years of craftsmanship and arts. Beyond the bridge the pictoresque small town, the Mala Strane on the way to the castle

Prague is a beautiful city and of course, the historic centre is the best spot to get a proof. There're lots of old buildings, churches and the famous astronomical clock, that are worth a visit. If you find the time, Close to the town hall, there's a nice museum about sweets and chocolate, where you can watch, how candy is produced manually.

Unlike most major cities in Europe, Prague was spared the massive destruction of World War II. Which is a blessing to those of us who travel. I can imagine Prague in the 18th and 19th centuries easily because most of the architecture is still there.

Prague is my favorite place, most romantic city in the world and most valuable historical city reserve. A city of a hundred Spires, refuge to lovers. It has an extraordinary charm! Very interesting City, the overall layout narrow zigzagging street opening out into little squares dominated by religious buildings. So magical, it doesn't matter when you visit prague, this City is so beautiful!!! Many hidden cozy cafes, parks, museum, live jazz music, concerts, theather, galleries, museum and nice people. Highly recommended!!!Recommended for:History Buffs
