You just HAVE to walk down the Hollywood Boulevard if you're in Los Angeles. Although it's always crowded and full of tourists, it's worth seeing this famous sight. You'll get the Hollywood feeling :)Recommended for:

Obviously the main place to check out if you're in this area. Hollywood Blvd. is where you'll find the major attractions in Hollywood - Grauman's Chinese Theater, the Kodak Theater, the Walk of Fame, Hollywood and Highland - basically it's all here. It's also PACKED crowded, so do be prepared. There are a ton of street performer types and costumed tip-seekers looking to grab your kids for a photo and some change, so do keep an eye out!Recommended for:

Tourist central as it celebrates the movie past, present and future of Hollywood. Take a picture with an Elvis impersonator or stare at the stars and wonder how the people got there.

One of the secrets to appreciating that portion of Hollywood Boulevard that traverses Hollywood's central district is to pay less attention to the stars of the Walk of Fame and instead look up at the many remnants of Hollywood's original buildings and their often gorgeous architecture.
There is also more to Hollywood Boulevard than the Chinese Theatre, The Roosevelt Hotel and the El Capitan Theater. Walk the boulevard and look for Musso & Frank Grill, the Hollywood Smoke Shop, the Ivar Hill Neighborhood, Palace Theater, Capitol Records, Pantages Theater, the Creque Building and the Egyptian Theater. There's also a lot more to see. Just remember to look up, not down.

A walk along Hollywood Boulevard is a must for any tourist visiting the area, and the stars along the way are fun to look at and take photos with. There are plenty of attractions along this stretch, and you won't want to miss Grauman's Chinese Theater as well.

Dirty and poor, that's my memory from the famous boulevard. Daily time it has nothing to do with the glory, which every tourist imagine.
Homeless lie around, boulevard and stars are spotted by oil, gums and who knows what else. Smell not good, looks not good. I am sorry that an illusion was killed.
The municipality has to make some efforts that the place looks at least fake glory as people from EU or Asia expects to be.Recommended for:
