Nantucket Town - Walk to Main Street - Shopping - Beaches

Under new ownership, Wayne & Cindy purchased the 3 bedroom/2 bath house (with separate Guest Studio on the grounds) in 2012. It has been completely upgraded to a resort-level quality and offers gracious living with convenience to everything in Nantucket....

Surfside Beach

Surfside Beach is 3 miles from our home. The bike path to Surfside is at the end of our lane, so its a quick 5-10 minute bike ride. On the way to Surfside, you pass the Stop and Shop and package store, (as well as bank and Downyflake restaurant) - so its easy to make up a picnic on the way - even on bike! There are...

Historic District

Our home is located in the Historic District and the Center of Town is just a half-mile away - a casual 6 minute walk, or just a couple of minutes by bike. Once you get to Town, you're in the thick of it! Restaurants, shopping, theatre - all the sights and sounds you came for. 'You name it, its in town!...

Cisco Brewers

WOW what can we say. Cisco is pretty well-known around New England for their amazing craft beers. Also on-site is a winery and a distillery. The Seagrille

Spectacular fresh seafood - whatever you want. Less than 1/2 mile from the house. A great place to celebrate or take a date. A little pricey, but the selection, freshness, preparation and servers could not be better!

Nantucket Memorial Airport

If you fly into Nantucket, the airport is 3 miles from our home. Cabs in Nantucket don't have meters, so be prepared for that. Nantucket Airport (Airport Code ACK) has direct service from Boston, Hyannis, Providence, etc., and is one of the busiest airports in the US during summer months. If you fly...

Stop & Shop Supermarket

Its needs an upgrade - but everything you need is here, just a half mile from the house. Package store, bank and Downy Flake restaurants are all a stone's throw away.

Sunken Ship

One of our top "fun" shopping spots for all kinds of hats, shirts, and fun (wierd) stuff. Its a landmark - you have to go just to experience it. In Town.
