The Lodge at McGregor Lake

Great prime rib on Friday and Saturday. Local color abounds!

Marion Grille

Great for a beer and friendly wait staff. Sandwiches are great.

Whitefish Mountain Resort

One of the best "hills" in the country - if not the best. And there are summer activities galore - hiking, mountain biking, zip lines, huckleberry picking, etc. The restaurant at the top has to die for views - you can hike up or ride the lift.

Scotty's Bar

Best burgers around - bar none! (Map is wrong - it is on Hwy 93 S)

Horseshoe Lake

Beautiful clear lake, good fishing, nice walking, running trail around the lake

Lost Trail National Wildlife Refuge

14 miles north of Bitterroot Lake is a 7,885-acre migratory birds and wildlife refuge with access to adjacent State and Plum Creek lands. Great hiking, wildlife viewing, etc. Check out http://www.fws.gov/losttrail. Open all year except for September - December. Best place I know of for peace in...

Roger's Lake

Great place for float-tube or pontoon boat fly fishing - artic grayling, and native cutthroat. Only 20 minutes from our door.
