    Victoria Peak

1 Lugard Road, Hong Kong Island Hong Kong
    4.5
    180 reviews

One of the best places to enjoy the view of Hong Kong! There is a tram to go up top, but I highly recommend hiking to the top. It's not a hard walk at all. And it's rewarding at the end. :) Hong Kong is green, much more than you thought. Walking on the hiking path, and feel the freshness! ...

a fun outing from busy Hong Kong Island, Lamma is one of the outer islands of Hong Kong. Frequent ferries run here because many commute from the island. There is a beach and an opportunity to walk across the island and take a ferry from another point.

    MTR

Nam Cheong Station, Cheung Sha Wan, Hong Kong
    4.5
    31 reviews

Every transit authority ought to take a gander at the beauty that is the Hong Kong MTR. From HK island to way up Kowloon into Sha Tin, you can get to so many places with this subway system. The only downside is that everyone uses it, so stations during rush hour can be maddeningly packed.

    Cheung Chau

Cheung Chau, Cheung Chau Hong Kong
    4.5
    5 reviews

There's no motorized vehicle in the island. Small enough to walk around the island in one day, offers a beautiful view of the area. Only 40 minutes ferry ride from Hong Kong Island harbour. Surrounding islands are great places to travel in Hong Kong, and Cheung Chau was one of my favourite. There's a cave that alleged to be the ...

One of 40 sandy beaches in Hong Kong with some of the most expensive residential real estate on the island. The dragon in the mountains is apparently always lurking around hence the holes in the buildings!

Nice walk along the harbour away from the buzz of Kowloon. Not sure the Bruce Lee statue is the best bit. Peaceful with good views of Hong Kong proper.

Even if you don't like going clubbing, LKF is a sight to see. (If you do, this is *the* place to go in HK). This is where the expats and HK elite gather to mingle. On a typical Friday or Saturday night, the open streets are crowded with hip people from all over the world. Head to the 7-11 on ...

Nice park, entrances from Nathan Road. Quite busy in the weekend. There is also a sports facility at the park where international games were organized. I once viewed a handball game between Iran & China; not typically a match which one could find in Europe :)

So many monkeys everywhere! This is a free area where you can come and have BBQ and picnics. Monkeys are friendly but don't feed them or you'll be fined 10,000 hkd! Also watch your purses, they will snatch them. They will get as close you as a couple inches.
