On my visit to the Hostel Cat I really enjoyed the diverse crowds of people that were staying there. Everyone seemed to be very friendly, outgoing, and was from al over the world. The atmosphere of the Hostel definitely seemed like a party, and I would say this is definitely not the place for someone who is looking for peace and quiet.
The staff was not as friendly as other hostels I've stayed at, but there were a couple of friendly employees. The rooms are pretty basic, but they were clean and seemed to be well taken care of. The front desk was very helpful about letting everyone know about the happening around town and where to party. They also set up guests on tours to the Hoover Dam and the Grand Canyon. Every night I was told the hostel offers night excursions which I find really cool so you don't have to wanter off on your own unless you want to.
The Hostel offers free breakfast as well as wi--fi and AC to keep everyone cold during the hot months. Definitely a nice hostel in my opinion.Recommended for:

Hostel Cat is known as one of the best hostels in Vegas for those looking for a party on the cheap. Amenities include a game room, wireless Internet, free breakfast and a kitchen so you can cut costs on meals out. You may also want to join one of the nightly social events, tours or pub crawls to get an insider's view of this buzzing city.Recommended for:
