This is actually a pretty chill, laid back bar. I'm only speaking of the bar area, not the B&B. They make really good kamikazee's, or any mixed drink rather. That's more their specialty than beer. It's darkly lit, and not too loud, but not quiet enough that you hear aeveryone else. There's no dancing, but there is light music playing. ...

Piazza di Spagna or also know as the Spanish steps is a nice sit-around place around the fountain on the never-ending steps. Some luxury shopping stores, brand clothing shops I mean, are around this area. It will be definitely a nice moment for cinema lovers, where they will feel the famous Fellini's falling stroller scene being shot here at the ...

Santa Maria is a beautiful, historic church in Trastevere, which is located in a local, working class neighborhood in Rome. It's small and lovely and worth a look inside. I tremendously enjoyed it.

The gardens of the villa are way more beautiful than the villa itself. Doesn't feature much..another boring paintings gallery.

You can't but run into this magnificent castle with impressive fountains and 2 theatrical flames if you're walking around Rome through the main street. Wasn't on my to-do list but was very delightful to see its grandeur.

The church itself was OK, but I fell in love with Michelangelo's Moses sculpture. Worth a visit just for the Moses.

I was spending an afternoon walking around Rome when I came across this place and I sure am glad that I did. I find this sort of thing fascinating, so I had to go in. I was not disappointed. It's beautiful, creepy, unnerving and awesome. Really, it's amazing how much awesomeness is packed into such a small space. I wish ...

Presidential palace, formerly the temporal home of the papacy when the pope still ruled the papal states. Definitely the case that the presidential court in Italian has all the trappings of monarchy. Grand and yet somehow understated.

These four fountains on the corners of an intersection in the Quirinale is one of the many small pleasures to be discovered while walking in Rome. Not really worth the trip on their own, but if you go to the intersection, you will be next to Boromini's church San Carlino, which is well worth the trip.

Near Termini, a visit here was the perfect choice for me on a cool rainy Roman day. Wow was I pleasantly surprised! Not only do they have TWO amazing Greek bronzes (really rare, and I was disappointed that the Boxer was at the Met in NYC during my visit) but they also have an eye-opening collection of Roman mosaics. The ...

In my opinion this is the best area of Rome: a mix of Vintage and trendy, from shops, restaurants and people. It is so relaxing taking a wlk here, doing some fine shopping and then having lunch somewhere. At night it s even better.

Step through the unassuming entrance to this amazing church located in a building that used to house Roman baths. You will be greeted by a grand dome topped with an incredible stained glass image of the solar system. Inside, you can admire the old meridian which, until the mid 1800s, was used to set the clocks in Rome.

This is a very cute nightclub. It is developed underground. The environment is very cool, with high antique ceilings and columns. The contrast is the stylish furniture. It is very crowded during weekends and there are often alive shows.
