The views from the terrace of some of the great sites in the city makes this hotel an interesting place to stay. It is not far from the Colosseum, Roman Forum and a host of other sites. The Cavour metro stop is just a short walk away (to get you to Termini), and the Colosseo metro stop isn't far either (and you can catch a host of buses at the Colosseum, too. Some parts of the area around the hotel are pedestrian zones, so it is great to exit the hotel and stroll about. The area is a bit on the touristy side, but then, what part of Rome isn't?

This 4 stars hotel has a fabolous location, in the heart of historical city centre where you can admireon of the most beautiful archaeological walk of the world.Everything is at a walking distance from the main tourists attraction and from Colosseo station. Because of the ancient building rooms can't be so spacious but anyway you can find every standard comfort and services. And then thanks to its position the hotel rooms are naturally illuminated by the sunlight. Breakfast is not included and if you want to have it is served in the restaurant on the roof garden with a magical and incomparable view of Fori Imperiali. Free wifi access. The hotel has also a meeting room. There's not a parking service. A limousine service from airports (Ciampino ancnd Fiumicino) is available.

The highlight is definitely the sight.. from the rooms, and especially from the restaurant and the roof garden, on the top floor. You can read your daily newspaper at breakfast while admiring from the top Piazza Venezia and the Imperial roman Forums, one of the most important archaeological site in the world.
The service is impeccable. The hotel has a parking too, but at the price of 40 €, maybe a bit expensive. The style of the rooms, of the hall and of the restaurant is certainly elegant and refined, but personally a bit too baroque and redundant. But it is an issue which is subjective. And since the hotel is surrounded by the Imperial Forums and the Colosseum perhaps I could have imagine it!

The very beautiful lobby made a great first impression and the room did not disappoint. I might always remember the bizarrely beautiful headboard of the bed. It was also so cool to actually have a view of the Forum! Great rooptop terrace in this super quaint neighborhood – what a night in the heart of Roma!

Gorgeous views of the Roman Forum make this a charming hotel, or it was at least in my experience. Erring towards the classic, it's got some mod cons like free wifi, but feels all antiquely Roman with its velvet, tapestries, and wallpaper. Really enjoyed my stay, in a welcoming, elegant room with access to the roof garden.

I felt like a true aristocrat staying at the Hotel Forum. Dark wood and velvety chairs, and gorgeous lithographs of historical Rome on the walls combine to create a really classic, refined atmosphere. I really enjoyed chilling with my book on the roof terrace, another exercise in formal Italian style with its white tablecloths and red roses. My room was a really good size, but my friend stayed in a classic room (the basic level) and it was pretty teensy. All in all, a lovely place to stay with a quiet, well-groomed feeling.
