Conveniently located near Canary Wharf, do make sure you get the DLR to Blackwall - or you'll be standing somewhere near Canary Wharf station scratching your head wondering how to walk there.
Once you have mastered this - you'll be pleased to discover that the DLR is exceedingly close and links you to the relatively nearby O2 and Excel Centre, as well as Greenwich. Also good for those flying from City Airport.
Rooms are all the same and are rather lovely as chain rooms go. Funky decor in the lobby.
If on business nearby, this hotel is a very good choice - it's got all the amenities you need and is comfortable.
Note that booking in advance will get you the best price. Internet is available - but at a tenner a pop for 24 hours the price is a bit silly.Recommended for:Business Travelers

When visiting the Ibis Hotel in the Docklands I had no idea what to expect, never having stayed at one myself in the past. Upon walking in I was quick to notice the pleasant decor and the open and clean looking concept of the Lobby/Restaurant/Bar.
Distinctly non-european in style the Ibis offers clean and tidy cookie cutter rooms that are comfortable and do more than serve their purpose.
Being a under a 10 minute walk from the nearest DLR station (Blackwall) and it's proximity to Canary Wharf makes this location perfect for people commuting in and out of the area, additionally it also is convenient for early departures or late arrivals from London's City Airport.
Overall this Hotel chin has won me over and is a place I would gladly rest my head in the future.
