This hotel is new and beautiful. The rooms are spacious and very well laid out. Everything is modern from the layout to the decor. Best of all this hotel doesn't have that musty & stale smell that many hotels do. The beds are really comfortable. Rooms are very clean and quiet. There is a great fitness room as well as a pool and hot tub which are located indoors. Very good quality over all.

My lasting impression of this hotel was that it’s pretty understaffed, and it shows. Certain parts of the hotel felt a bit neglected in terms of up-keep. The common areas and rooms are decent. Guest rooms are modern and clean, although for a boutique hotel they don’t have a ton of personality (other than nature-themed murals on the walls). I’d say the best part of the guest rooms are the spa-like bathrooms and Aveda toiletries. The fitness center and indoor pool are nice enough. Something about this hotel just doesn’t feel welcoming to me though. There’s just a strange, almost dull, energy. I know the location is convenient to RTP, and that would be just about my only reason to stay here.
