Located in the mostly residential 16th arrondissement, Hotel les Hauts de Passy is quiet, efficient, and comfortable, while still being close enough to some of Paris’ most famous sights, like Trocadero and the Eiffel Tower.
Though the hotel is modern and practical, it remains somewhat generic and chain-like, and therefor, better adapted to business trips or for short stays, because of its somewhat impersonal nature.

This hotel is found in a cute little red brick pedestrian street (that reminds me of Rue Cler) complete with a bakery, a fromagerie, a florist, several cafés and much more!
Inside the décor is modern and minimalist with a seating/TV area facing a courtyard and full of grey armchairs and sofas surrounding a black glass coffee table. Downstairs there is a cheery wood floored breakfast room with white tables and chairs. The rooms are spotless and colored with a palette of black, white and neutral tones. Some face the cute market street below, so in the daytime there may be some noise, but once the stores are closed it should be very quiet.
You can easily find your way to the Eiffel Tower, if you’re not too distracted by the posh clothing shops. The closest métro, La Muette, will take you into the center of Paris.

This is a basic hotel on a great location. Situated in the heart of the 16th arrondissement on a pedestrian street, you have quick access to Eiffel Tower and Trocadéro from here. The neighborhood is very calm and safe. There's lots of shopping in the Rue de Passy and a little further there's a shopping center Beaugrenelle with lots of food, cinema and shopping.
The rooms are quite small, but they are clean and recently renovated, and decorated in tones of beige and dark wood. There was a decent sized bathroom that looked very new, and it was sparkling clean. The rates are quite affordable, and it's definitely one of the nicer two-star hotels in Paris. Recommended for any budget travellers!

I stayed here in July 2012 and it looks exactly like the pictures. The rooms are small, but cozy and there's air conditioning which is a plus for those hot summer nights. The hotel staff were very pleasant and accommodating. They spoke English and were helpful trying to help us find where we needed to go. The best part about this hotel in the 16th arrondissement was that it was located far enough away far all the craziness that can be the tourist area of Paris, but still within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower. The hotel is located in a more residential area, with shops with stands that spill out onto the pedestrian street during the day. It's great and I would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for some peace and quiet after a long day sightseeing. I would gladly stay there again this year on my next visit.
