This is my Stammtisch! I love everyone I have met here (with one minor exception). They always give me the fabulous room 742. Patrick is the best bartender in the world and he likes to make me and my friends feel welcome. The dogs love it as well. Great doggie treats made by Ryan's mom. Once we get the condo I will still come here for dinner and drinks!Recommended for:

I really love this place. Just like any Kimpton I've been to, it's stylish but not too formal. The rooms are large, clean and lavishly decorated. The bar is ok, the breakfast is excellent. Also a big plus: the hotel as a direct, underground, connection to the Cambridge Mall!!!Recommended for:

My son and I have stayed here several times when traveling to Boston for hockey games. The location is convenient and the price is generally less than hotels in Boston. Cambridge is just across the river and a short walk to a station for the "T", Bostons subway/trolley system.
This hotel is really clean and the staff impeccable. I've encountered friendly staff at other hotels but it is generally hit or miss. At the Marlowe they are always happy - to include the time we made a wrong turn an found ourselves entering the kitchen through a service entrance - what fun!
They have a nice wine room, morning coffee room, afternoon video games, etc.
The rooms may be a little small compared to some cities but are on par with most rooms in cities like Boston or NYC.
We will always make the Marlowe our first choice when traveling to Boston.

Service is the key at the Marlowe, a Cambridge hotel right near the Museum of Science. Whether you are arriving, departing, or returning from exploring, the staff jumps to anticipate your needs. The leopard prints in the rooms are over the top and the location is definitely a dull part of town, but wine in the lobby, being pet friendly, plus the additional perks of being part of Klimpton's reward program make for an enjoyable stay.
