This pleasant hotel is located by École militaire Métro station and is only a short walk away from the Rue Cler market and the Parc du Champs de Mars.
The lobby is a cozy room with leather couches and wood paneling complete with a fireplace. Continuing straight you will find the breakfast room which, thanks to a glass roof, is full of light and faces a small courtyard full of plants. A very tranquil place to start your day!
The rooms are colored in rich Bordeaux reds and gold with wooden headboards adorned with the hotel’s emblem, the lily of the valley flower. Discretely hidden behind a mirrored sliding door lies a small but classy bathroom. From the fourth floor up there is the possibility of having a more expensive room with a view of either the Eiffel Tower or the Invalides…I know which one I’d choose!

This is a really cute and charming hotel in 7th district. The area is very bourgeoisie, there are lots of old, grand Parisian buildings around, and you can really feel the authentic Paris in this area. It's very quiet and safe here. Eiffel Tower is very near by, and the park around it, Champs de Mars is nice for picnics in the summertime. The hotel is just between stations Ecole Militaire and La Tour Maubourg, so it's quick to hop on line 8.
I really liked the traditional decor in the hotel; they have a charming old wooden staircase and the walls are covered with vintage wallpapers. Rooms follow the same theme, they are not too big, but very comfortable and equipped with modern bathrooms. There is also a little courtyard and a patio with glass roof. Definitely recommended place for couples who want to experience this more calm side of Paris.

The Hotel Muguet is a cute and charming boutique hotel tucked away in a quiet little street right near the Invalides in a chic, mostly residential and very authentic Paris neighborhood.
Though the rooms seemed a little overpriced for what they were (on the small side, comfy but not anything special), if you’re looking for peace and quiet this is probably a good option.

Very clean, very reasonable prices, decent room sizes, personal service, a couple of blocks from the Rue Cler neighborhood, a 15 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower, close to 2 or 3 Metro stops. I can't think of anything else to look for in a hotel!
