Café Oz is the staple Aussi Bar in Paris. There is one located in the Chatelet area as well as one in Denfert Rochereau. The atmosphere is typical Aussie with Fosters on tap, but at night, they put up their tables and chairs, dim the lights, bring out the dj, and DANCE!! While small, you can meet some great people ...

Historically Monmartre is the most radical neighborhood in the most revolutionary city in Europe. After the liquidation of the Paris Commune in 1871 thousands were shot. Sacre Coeur was built here in the aftermath as a symbol of conservative triumph. Today this hilly district is known for its nightlife.

some of the shows are great but not entirely. songs are sung in french so i don't really understand. it is definitely worth booking a ticket via agency or earlier as the queue is horrendous! but it's definitely worth visiting at least once when you are in paris!

I accidentally found this site when I got lost :) I exited the wrong line at the metro and found myself in this underground shopping mall in Paris. The name refers to two nearby sites, the Louvre museum and the Place du Carrousel. The mall contains a famous skylight, the La Pyramide Inversée (the inverted pyramid), which plays an important ...

Oye. This is definitely a "check the box" experience. Go, if you must, but be prepared that you won't get anywhere near the painting, and hundreds of other tourists will be taking selfies from 15' back. My vote would be to skip that and go see the other 1000s of treasures, including the awesome Napoleon's Apartments.

At Jardin des Tuileries. Another museum to stare at works by Monet is le musée de l'Orangerie (off Place de la Concorde), where the big attraction are his giant paintings of water lilies; awesome. And the white oval space is cool too. You will also find works from his contemporaries like Renoir and Cézanne, so don't forget about these other ...
