Incredibly friendly staff and a reasonable price make this hotel a great choice for those of you wanting to stay in the pleasant 7th arrondissement of Paris.
On the main floor there is the reception desk followed by the lobby/breakfast area. The rooms face either Rue de Sevrès or Rue Vaneau (the quieter street). They are all decorated in light neutral colors and I loved the decorative marble fireplaces in each room as well as the stained glass windows found in some. The bathrooms are a nice size and have a window, which I like (to let out the condensation). Please note that the elevator only goes up until the fourth floor, so the last two floors must be accessed by the staircase.
Overall, it’s a great little hotel and there are plenty of restaurants nearby as well as the Vaneau métro station just around the corner.Recommended for:

The Hotel Vaneau Saint Germain is located in a lovely and lively neighborhood on Paris’ left bank, close to many attractions like the Eiffel Tower, and the Musée d’Orsay, while maintaining the quaint Saint-Germain-des-prés feel with its many bookshops and art galleries.
Inside, the hotel is cozy and tastefully decorated with some quite elegant touches, like the stained-glass windows in many of the rooms.
What makes the hotel stand out is its exceptionally welcoming staff.Recommended for:

This is a comfortable hotel for visiting Paris' Left Bank area, as the metro Vaneau is just few steps away. Within a walking distance are Invalides, Eiffel Tower and Sèvres-Babylone shopping area, with the famous Le Bon Marché department store. There are multiple cafés and restaurants right next to the hotel, which makes this a convenient base for your Paris trip.
Room was stylish and cosy with pretty fireplace, but quite small. Bed was large and comfortable with good duvets. Bathroom was clean, modern and not too tiny. You can have breakfast downstairs in the common area or have it in your room. The staff at the front desk was great and very helpful!Recommended for:
