I have gone in here a few times because I have friends who have one a party with the half-off happy hour. You can't really go wrong with that. I don't live in the area so I do wonder if I would go if it weren't for the half-off would I be tempted to go. The drinks are a little pricey for me. That being said, the one thing they do SUPERBLY is the dueling pianos. The first time I went in here I was a novice to the idea but afterwards I was sold. Who knew you could have such fondness for a piano-cover of The Spice Girls? It was very entertaining to say the least. One thing though, it gets packed the later it gets so get in early. In brief, please do go but go right on payday.

This piano bar is a great alternative to the bar scene. True, there are a lot of older people there and they requests songs before our time, but we actually knew a lot of them! It was a little empty at 9PM on a Monday night, but more people started to arrive a little before 10PM.
The two facing pianos, drum set, and bass guitarist were situated in the middle of the room with "two audiences." The one by the bar seemed to be more into the whole piano bar scene. The audience situated by the back wall seemed to be a group of professionals who just wanted to blend into the background. That was fine though. It just added to the musical act to pick on them a little bit for our musical amusement.
I LOVED how interactive the group was with the audience and how the four members could all rotate and play the different instruments AND sing to boot. It was fun watching and hearing them ad lib to songs and play requested songs on command! I was having such a great time and we were all a little reluctant to leave this great place.
FYI: The Howl at the Moon Buckets of 86 oz. of alcohol is also a great thing to get for a big group, but if you are looking to get hammered, you might as well stick to a cocktail instead.

Whats better than a great venue...
A packed great venue!
People just made this place a lot nicer than it was or rather it added the finishing touches to what is a great bar. The place was great. And even better, the pianists are great.. they play songs, play requests, and better yet sometimes the patrons sing the songs they request to be played. This one pianist was talented and beautiful! I'd go back to just see her and everything else would be gravy.
