When you come you seat yourself. I can't say the service is great since you wait for them the come to you.
The nice part is there is live music playing.
A great place for an easy night

Humpy's is a popular downtown bar that has good food, too. The decor is 70's college bar/cheap eats chic, so come very casual, and if you can't hang with that, don't come. It has a large bar, a patio in the back which is good to catch some summer rays, and a bit shabby booths and tables. But the grub and beer are great. One of their signature meals is their Halibut Fish and Chips, with super fresh and tender fish, covered in a crispy and tangy jalapeno batter. Compliment this with a nice Humpy's IPA. They have a large selection of local micro brews, theirs and others. BTW, Humpys is the name for Pink Salmon, which get humped backs trying to mate to spawn before expiring. Humpy's doesn't serve Humpy's because some native cultures consider it spiritually holy.
