The public spaces at this Hyatt are magnificent but the rooms don't have much personality. The green architecture, in-house spa and nail parlor, and unbelievable indoor pool are all very glamorous and fun but the room wasn't much to write home about. It's cool that they're LEED Gold and the basket of umbrellas by the front desk was very thoughtful. It feels boutique even though it's a Hyatt. One downside is that self-parking is across the street -- at the other Hyatt.Recommended for:

Elia Spa in the Olive 8 have THE best massages. When you book a massage you are able to go to the spa and enjoy the other services there, like the pool before your massage and then hit the sauna after the massage. My favorite place for this type of massage day!

While this hotel is really well done, it's not really good for tourists. There is firstly, no free wifi. We had to scavenge off of the local Starbucks. Secondly, there are no local guides. Just small magazines that don't really give you any idea of what's around the hotel. Parking was expensive, and there wasn't any scheduled shuttle to the airport. This hotel is "downtown" but it's still at least a 10 min walk from anything you would want to see. They also have a very fancy restaurant, which we didn't eat at at all, even for breakfast. Won't stay again.
