Hyatt Regency San Francisco

5 Embarcadero Center, San Francisco, CA 94111
21 reviews

This is a review of the main space: This Hyatt is HUGE. In the main atrium area there is a big light sculpture hanging down from the ceiling. Check that out. Hotel as a whole is very convenient, being a block from the Ferry Building and in the financial district.

If you have a kid, or you are a kid at heart, this is the playground for you. The Exploratorium is a wonderful museum of science that challenges your imagination as much as it does your mind. Many of the exhibits are fun exercises in perception, causing you to really think about why you see the world the way you ...

Came here to an event here, and Hornblower sure knows how to celebrate in style, and pulled off quite an epic event! Snacks were immediately served from different vendors, plenty for all in attendence. From snack bites, hula hooping, acapella duels, the event had it all!! The lines were steady but moved very efficiently; each of the vendors did an ...

I hadn't laughed so hard in a long time as I did when I got to see Dave Chapelle here! That man is hilariously out of control! After missing him many times in the past, I was finally able to see him at the Punch Line. We arrived at 9pm for the 10pm showing, and there were about 40 people ...

San Francisco's Chinatown is huge. There is so much to see and do, and it's quite easy to pick out a place to eat as the restaurant and street vendors are everywhere. Don't be afraid of hole-in-the-walls! I was there in late February, and it wasn't as packed with people as I've heard it can get.

Union Square is one of the most well known landmarks in the City. and is the center of the downtown shopping district. Parking is available underneath the park, although be careful on the time, there isn't any validation, and it you can rack up charges if your stay exceeds more than a couple hours.

Hands down one of my favorite bars in SF. Not only is it central to the downtown area, but I think this is one of the hidden gems. I'll be honest. I didn't always respect modern art. There was a time when I thought it was all paint splattered toilet bowls or cans of soup glued against blank canvas. Yes, there's still some "modern art" that I find silly or borderline pretentious, however most of what I see in the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art is quite ...

I "took a trip" on this groovy tie-dyed magic bus, which transports its participants to the psychedelic '60s era in San Francisco as it weaves around the city for two hours.
