Hyatt Regency San Francisco

5 Embarcadero Center, San Francisco, CA 94111
21 reviews

This is a review of the main space: This Hyatt is HUGE. In the main atrium area there is a big light sculpture hanging down from the ceiling. Check that out. Hotel as a whole is very convenient, being a block from the Ferry Building and in the financial district.

    Hornblower Cruises & Events

0.15 mi from Hyatt Regency San Francisco

Came here to an event here, and Hornblower sure knows how to celebrate in style, and pulled off quite an epic event! Snacks were immediately served from different vendors, plenty for all in attendence. From snack bites, hula hooping, acapella duels, the event had it all!! The lines were steady but moved very efficiently; each of the vendors did an ...

I hadn't laughed so hard in a long time as I did when I got to see Dave Chapelle here! That man is hilariously out of control! After missing him many times in the past, I was finally able to see him at the Punch Line. We arrived at 9pm for the 10pm showing, and there were about 40 people ...

    Embarcadero Public Promenade

0.09 mi from Hyatt Regency San Francisco
    5 reviews

What a beautiful discovery this is! Face the Ferry Building and head left. At the first set of buildings, enter through the arches and you'll find the most beautiful and peaceful waterfront area, a walking path leading from docked boats to fancy restaurants. It's a beautiful stroll, perhaps one of the most tranquil in San Francisco.

This is where the Ferry Building is located. After a ferry cruise we´ve done a short walk through this building and got impressed with the architecture it preserves. There are many unique palces to eat and just to stroll around and enjoy yourself.

A public park in S.F. that's not overrun by homeless/addicts/hipsters? Believe it! This park was a lunchtime respite when I worked in FiDi years ago, and thankfully it hasn't changed. Always brings back great memories when I'm in the neighborhood.

I went to UC Davis, where artist and faculty member Robert Arneson’s Eggheads are found throughout campus, so I was pleasantly surprised to see my old friends along the Embarcadero behind the Vaillancourt Fountain at the edge of Justin Herman Plaza. One Egghead yells while the other cringes at the sound of his inaudible voice. It's kind of like life, ...

Local Edition is easily my new favorite bar in the city! The cocktails are AMAZING! Part of the Bourbon & Branch family of craft cocktail bars, Local Edition pays homage to its location at the former Examiner printing room in the basement of the Hearst Building and the 50s and 60s, with its decor and music selection. Vintage typewriters can ...

Rickhouse is an amazing bar with fantastic drinks and a cool theme. Opened by the team behind Bourbon & Branch, it embodies the speakeasy theme with an emphasis on whiskey. From the punch bowls with frozen fruit ice cubes to the Sazerac, everything is great. For those watching their wallets, the J.J. Russell—like a Manhattan with a greater hint of ...

Ok, i'm a foodie, so for me this was the best place in San Francisco. I was in SF for 5 days and I came back here about 3 times just to eat. As a native New Yorker who enjoys a good night life, Press Club is one of my favorite bars/lounges in SF. It is sleek, spacious, and the DJs typically play good music (you can sit towards the back if you want a more quiet scene). The wine selection is fairly extensive and the ambience is classy but not stuck up
