Amazing hotel, beyond luxury service. Rainforest showers, Specialty room service and Gourmet breakfast lunch and dinner with drinks easily on hand. The Best part is the ocean. Scotchies has the best food in Jamaica! It isn't a nice sit down restaurant it is more like a hut but oh so worth it. The Jerk Chicken is great if you like real spicy Jamaican Food. This is not the stuff served at the resorts this is the good stuff! Where locals and "in the know" tourists come for ...Popular withFoodiesBudgetBackpackers

We hit this spot every time we visit for authentic jerk. I love the pork (not as spicy), the rest of the family gets the chicken. Don't forget to get a Red Stripe beer or a Ting.

This is a bit of a journey from the house just for dinner but when you get there you will see it was worth the drive. The food is excellent and the water actually glistens at night. Take a leisurely boat ride after dinner and enjoy the scenery.Popular withAdventureHistoryOutdoor

A very laid back, local open air stop down the road on the beach where you can get freshly caught fish cooked to your liking. The menu is very limited: fish, bami (bread like cake made from cassava), beer (or soft drinks) and a lovely breezy view. Great stuff for lingering on lazy Sunday afternoon. Simplicity at it's best.

One of the nicer restaurants on the Hip Strip with a full bar, do check it out. And right next door is The Pork Pit which has the best non vinegar based hot pepper sauce. Across the street is a public beach for bathing so you can eat and swim!
