So cute!! This place has so much charm, I fell in love with it immediately! I felt like I left LA and arrived on the New England seaboard. But instead of lobster boats, this Victorian-home-style inn looks out on the wetlands preserve, with the Hollywood sign visible in the distance. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with the most delicious home-baked chocolate-chunk cookies that greet guests on their nightstands after check-in. Also included are free parking, wifi, hot buffet breakfasts including freshly baked pastries, afternoon wine and cheese receptions, and beach cruisers for use. The large kitchen doubles as the front office, where we found a truly delightful staff. The rooms are beautiful – each one unique. But honestly, my favorite spot was the white and yellow cheery breakfast room. It’s airy and big with large view-filled windows and lots of natural light. The impressive antique hutch cabinet and the garden-grown roses atop each table won me over before I even saw the rooms! For an extra romantic stay, ask for the aptly-named Romance Suite, which features a double-sided fireplace that opens on one side to the four-poster bed and on the other, to the two-person jacuzzi tub.

This place is adorable! Once you get there, you never want to leave. It’s so relaxing and personable—the staff really goes out of its way to make you feel at home. There’s a breakfast buffet every morning, which is included in the rate; an onsite herb garden grows mint, oregano and basil. And when the kitchen is baking its signature chocolate chip cookies, it’s hard to resist eating one. Some other perks: free parking, cruiser bikes, sand toys and towels for the beach.
Each of the 22 rooms has its own distinct look—some with views, some with balconies, others with Jacuzzi tubs. All have windows or doors that open to let in nice wetland breezes. The deck off the communal living room is really nice, and on clear days, you can see the Getty Center and even the Hollywood sign way off in the distance.

Stayed here the night of our wedding before we flew out of LAX in the morning for our honeymoon. It's a great little bed and breakfast 5 minutes from LAX and a short distance to the beach. The Inn even has bicycles that you can borrow and use to ride down to the beach and local restaurants. The room was very comfortable and we had a spa in our room as well. The breakfast in the morning was fantastic and freshly made out of the kitchen. There's a little courtyard that we got to eat in and spend time with our families in as well. There was also a happy hour in the evening with wine and cheese. The management was very helpful with all of our wedding night needs and travel needs the next day. Thanks!Recommended for:
