Wonderful hotel in the heart of Seattle. Spent Christmas with family (in laws) at this wonderful location. Just steps from Pike Place Market and many other downtown highlights.

The staff was amazing in dealing with all the various demands and requests we threw their way.

Highly recommend this hotel for business and leisure travelers.

This hotel can't be beat for families visiting Seattle. Inn at the Market is right at Pike Place, so it's close to some of Seattle's top restaurants and attractions. The market itself is a great place to take kids. They'll have the chance to taste some of the city's best fruits and veggies, plus there are fun things to do throughout the different shops and sightseeing areas. Inn at the Market has a number of special package deals that include discounts at local museums, restaurants and other places for kids, or for grown-ups-only date nights.

This is the PERFECT location to stay in Seattle. There isn't a cuter hotel in a better location. You are right IN the Pike Market.

Even if you live in Seattle or the surrounding suburbs this is the perfect romantic weekend spot to stay.

Rooms with a water view are much pricier – the city views aren’t bad and it’s not like you can’t go up on the roof to get all the water view you want, so I’d recommend going with a city view room (the rooms themselves are still really nice). If you’re out late on a Friday or Saturday night, stop at Cafe Lieto on 1st and Stewart - they stay open until 2am and serve awesome biscuits and gravy.

There’s a lot of reasons to love this hotel, but I think the biggest reason is the vibe. It’s luxurious without being pretentious or stuffy. The second biggest reason is the roof deck! It’s enormous, with plenty of places to sit, and you can see what’s going on at the market and out onto the water. All of the rooms either have a view of the city or the water, and they’re pretty spacious (especially for a downtown boutique hotel). And if you stay here, there’s pretty much no reason to rent a car – you can walk to anything downtown, from Pioneer Square to the Space Needle. In the morning, walk down the hill to Le Panier French Bakery in the market and try one of their chocolatine croissants (my favorite!).

Pike Place Market is pretty much my favorite place to visit in Seattle, so by default, this hotel is my favorite place to stay! I could spend my whole trip just walking around the market and eating everything in sight. But the Inn at the Market is a great spot location-wise if you’ve never been to Seattle and want to hit up all of the tourist destinations. You’re just a block away from one of the elevators that will take you straight down to the Waterfront, where you can get to the ferry terminal and the aquarium. Westlake Center is just four blocks away, and Seattle Center (with the Space Needle and the music/sci-fi museum) is maybe a 10 or 15 minute walk away. You’re also only a few blocks from Belltown and tons of restaurants, bars and clubs.
