    Cornucopia Wholefoods

    4.5
    10 reviews

Great fare and even nicer since they extended to add more seats! Fantastic menu which constantly evolves. The best vegetarian restaurant in a city that definitely hasn't enough options. I tend to avoid it at lunchtime and go off peak.

Don't miss this coffee/pastry shop when you visit. Tarts are exquisite, delightful, delicious. Stop, munch, read. Exterior is painted glossy firecracker red.

    Bewley's Grafton Street

The café is a very old café in Dublin. The café itself is not the most individual but still ok. But what I really love about it, is the Café Theater upstairs where I had great evenings!

    Winding Stair Bookshop & Cafe

    4.5
    5 reviews

I'm not sure how the bookshop and cafe are related, but they're both great. The shop is one of a very few (two? three?) independent bookstores in Dublin. The food at the restaurant is of the simple-but-amazing variety, the kind that makes you think (mistakenly) that you could do it at home.

Beautiful decor. Great jaz on Sunday afternoon. Very quirky painting of Sir Alec Guinness whose facial expression changes every 15 minutes or so.

We had lunch here. It was a great menu matched with very good selection of wine. The restaurant was full of light and nice view of Trinity College. Loved it...

Burren National Park, Kilfenora, Co. Clare

    4.5
    4 reviews

The Burren is beautiful and has such a unique landscape compared to other areas of Ireland. I walked through this park on a nice summer day all the way down to the coast and continued on until I found a pub to relax and cool off at.

    Leo Burdock

The standard for Irish Fish and Chips, as they say Leo's is the oldest chipper in the city! I had the luck of being there, to have my first Irish fisha dn chips, on the celebration of their 100 year anniversary! A classic at a great price!

    MC DONAGH'S

The best fish and chips in the country. Best eaten doused in salt and vinegar and whilst sitting in the spanish arch on a sunny day. But still fantastic if eaten inside, avoiding the rainfall. Onion rings also a great!
