One of the best seafood spots in Santa Barbara. Located right on the wharf, they serve fresh seafood. Favorite thing to get here is the oysters. Good setting for a night out as well.

A great little seafood shack at the end of the pier that's been in business for decades. Watch the waves from the outdoor picnic tables. The lobster bisque really is all its cracked up to be, and ... read more

catch many locals here, but this is a good experience if you are a first-timer to the area. The outside area is highly recommended, as that's where you'll get the best view, but you may have to fight for a shade umbrella if the sun is out.

Getting a meal on the pier is a great place to start in Santa Barbara. This place has tons of seafood specials, including an oyster bar, fish tacos, lobster rolls and clam chowder.

    • Alix F recommended Eladio's Restaurant
This restaurant has a great location right at the intersection of State Street (Santa Barbara's main thoroughfare) and the pier. There is a nice outside patio and the menu is pretty upscale. Breakfast ... read more
is highly recommended. Prices are not cheap, but Santa Barbara is, generally, not an inexpensive place.

This restaurant is not exclusively seafood-based, but it does have great beer-battered fish and chips, mussels, and other fresh fish options - and a fantastic view.
