      In addition to taking the Canal tour, you should also consider stopping at the Locks visitor's center to learn more about the history and the building of the canal. The coolest part about this visit is going to the center's roof top and see the boats traverse the canal...lined up one by one.

      (tastiest anyway) cerviche of MANY DIFFERENT types of seafood can be sampled here. Do come early to see the action since the market start to shut down in early afternoon.

      Hello Jennifer, you might consider stopping at the Seafood Market in the morning and sample some of the freshest and tastiest cerviche here. If not for the food, this is a good place to see the locals and how they interact.
