    Citadel Youth Hostel

    Citadel Youth Hostel

    3 reviews

In the heart of the Old City you can not get a better location. This hostel is beautiful and clean but be aware it fills up fast each night so get there early if you want a room. Otherwise, the roof is a great backup option.

Beautiful place to visit, even if you aren't staying here. Although it is located in a fairly busy part of the city, there is a certain peacefulness here.

Quite simply the place to stay in Jerusalem. The hotel is gorgeous, and really world class. Interesting history here, when the Irgun blew up one wing of the hotel in the 1940s.

For the price you can't beat it. You could pay 30 times more and not get half as good of a location. The staff is friendly and the rooms, although very small, are clean and comfortable. Additionally, this hostel always has an interesting crowd of adventurers to chat and share travel tips.
