I find that JetBlue is often on time and/or early, which I love! I don't like waiting at airports when I could be out and about exploring! Their service is simple with no frill, no gimmicks. They provide a wide range of complimentary snacks and they have more legroom than most airlines.

Airfare was the lowest / very competitive compared to others.
Free 1 free luggage + check in bag
Free in flight TV screen for each individual person; not just a screen thats in the middle of the aisle like other airlines.
Free 1 drink & 1 snack (cookies/ chips).
Service is pretty good but used to be better 4 stars
I flew JetBlue several years ago, they used to offer free headphones, what happened to that?? Now they charge $2 per tiny cheap headphones? BOO!! -1
What happened to the blankets they'd give out too?? =(
Other airline companies should learn & offer the same JetBlue's service & perks; maybe that way people would actually want to fly their airlines & not have to declare bankruptcy (AA).
I wish they'd offer more flight times & locations like from (John Wayne Airport - SNA).

I love flying jet blue because they are usually the cheapest airline that I can find flying out of John Wayne or Long Beach. If you pa $60.00, you also get one of those "Extra Leg Room Space" seats, which is a plus for those with long legs. JetBlue is also only of the very few airline that does not charge baggage fee!!! For girls like me who needs their lotion for their body, facial cream, hand creme and other creme to keep you looking young; you'll need this "1 free luggage" check-in!!!
The only crappy part about their flight is you cannot put your seat back when you're flying. You basically need to to sit straight through the whole flight =_=||| Give it a try if you haven't flew on JetBlue before.

In my limited experience w/ flying, Jetblue has to be my favorite airline to travel thus far. Servicing nearby Long Beach Airport, Jetblue offers-
TV's at every seat w/ 37 DIRECTV channels & 3 premium channels (not sure if that means porn or not)
Free 1st checked bag
Check-in kiosks to secure your boarding passes w/o waiting in line
Boarding at the gate was no problemo. JetBlue at the Long Beach Airport has passengers walk the tarmac, exposed to the elements. Some may not like that, but I felt presidential as I did my ceremonial wave. No, I didn't bust a double peace sign a la Nixon ;P
A flight to Vegas is around 45 mins. During that time, I was given a choice of bottled water, Coke, Diet Coke or Sprite. The flight attendant was gracious enough to give me 2 bottled waters, as I was looking to stock up for my hotel room.
For snacks, we were offered mixed nuts or chocolate chip cookies. Being the lean, mean health-conscious freak that I am ;P I went with the mixed nuts. When I saw someone request & receive a bag of Terra Blues potato chips, I immediately flagged the flight attendant for a bag. Health-consciousness be damned.
Next, the flight attendant walked by to pick up our trash and she didn't bat an eyelash as I asked for a couple more bottled waters. Yes, more waters!
Upon landing after our short, comfy flight, I made a pitstop to the loo. It's rather confining, like most airplanes/buses/RV's, but gets the job done. I'm glad to say it was clean. While exiting, the flight attendant asked me if I wanted more waters. Heck yeah I want more waters!
Kudos to the flight attendant. You were friendly & didn't mind my requests. I enjoyed my flight & I cringe thinking of the past long car rides to Vegas.
Did I mention that my flight to Vegas was $49 one-way, including taxes & fees?
I highly recommend JetBlue for your flying needs. The cheap prices, welcome amenities, convenient location & terrific service have made me a fan.
