Although the sushi chef is Korean and service can be slow at times due to less staff on hand, this is a great place to try for fresh and delicious sashimi. Most of the time, the sushi chef drizzles sauce onto the rice or the sashimi to complement the fish. This is very similar to how it's done at Sugarfish. However, for those who like to taste the freshness of the fish with just a dab of wasabi, you may not like this place as much. My favorite sashimi here would be the uni and the giant clam. The regular nigiri pieces are decently priced, but if you order something that is listed at market price (such as the giant clam), that will quickly add another $15 or so to your bill. They also offer a happy hour with discounts on drinks and rolls.
