Sin City's only three-star Michelin winner by celebrity chef Joel Robuchon is a must-visit for fans of upscale French dining. This is Vegas opulence at its best, but it comes at a hefty price.

Las Vegas has become a serious food town, and no small credit goes to chef Joël Robuchon, who opened two restaurants at the MGM Grand in 2005. His eponymous three-Michelin-star nirvana of refined French food—such as truffled langoustine ravioli or French hen with foie gras—envelops diners in a lush purple dining room with velvet banquettes and dripping chandeliers. Head to the more relaxed L’Atelier next door for steak tartare with fries or Maine lobster salad.

Most incredible restaurant in Vegas, 3-star Michelin, rivals French Laundry. Save up for this one and go on a very special occasion.

spent a fortune eating here. got picked up in a gold limo and went through the mansion before getting seated. we were totally dressed up but unfortunately the other diners decided to wear whatever. it's quite annoying because the atmosphere of a restaurant is definitely dictated by the patrons, not just the servers. anyway, the food was amazing and we got gifts to go as well but we were spoiled rotten eating in Europe with less $$ and more quality food. Definitely a night to remember, don't get me wrong, but focus was more on presentation and wow factor than the amazing taste of the food.

Joel Robuchon is the only 3-Michelin-star restaurant in Las Vegas. If you'd like to dine here, I'd encourage you to take advantage of their complimentary limo service that will pick you up anywhere on the strip and also drop you off anywhere on the strip when your meal is complete. The limo has complimentary fiji h20 as well as newspaper for your enjoyment (although the ride there is rather quick!)
The limo pulls through the MGM Mansion which is a secluded area. Upon your arrival at the mansion, you'll be escorted to the restaurant by Joel Robuchon staff.
Although it was luxurious, I felt that it was a lot more glam and sparkly than typical Michelin-rated restaurants. Although..I guess they had to add this touch for a Vegas 3-star Michelin restaurant to give it character.
The restaurant begins with the bread cart, and then the meal. Each dish was exquisite and was presented in the most artful manner. I felt that presentation here was at least half if not more the reason to go here. The meal ends with complimentary chocolates at their chocolate cart, as well as tea or coffee.
Note: water is $10/bottle.Recommended for:Luxury Travelers
