Hello Joy, we climbed and summitted Mt Kili with Thomson Safaris last year and i highly recommend them. they are very organized, pre/post trip follow ups are very thorough. While we were there the trek was well run, guides are knowledgable and professional. They are not the cheapest but doing a major trek like this, perhaps cheapest shouldnt be the way to go. good luck on your research!
