Julius Ceasar Pub

Via Castelfidardo, 49, Rome, Province of Rome, Italy

This is actually a pretty chill, laid back bar. I'm only speaking of the bar area, not the B&B. They make really good kamikazee's, or any mixed drink rather. That's more their specialty than beer. It's darkly lit, and not too loud, but not quiet enough that you hear aeveryone else. There's no dancing, but there is light music playing. ...

    Palazzo delle Esposizioni

0.74 mi from Julius Ceasar Pub
    5 reviews

Great museum to spend an afternoon in- it's not nearly as crowded as many of the other sites, which allows for a lot less stress. I saw the National Geographic 125th Anniversary exhibition here and absolutely loved it. There are always rotating exhibitions, when I was there they had 2 running. Also they accept student cards for a discount!

It's amazing how the churches that appear small in Rome look so grand inside, while churches that look grand like the Trinità dei Monti can actually be so modest within. This church, located at the top of the Spanish Steps, holds regular service that visitors can participate in. It's also full of art, though not as much as many of ...

What a original place in Rome. This block was designed at the beginning of 1900 in a very original style by the architect Coppede. It is a very fascinating and mysterious place. Houses are really strange, a little gothic I would say, with very high ceilings and strange style. The entrance to it is a huge arch connecting two buildings. ...

The fountain made by Giacomo Della Porta is situated in the middle of the interesting square and in front of it you can admire a beautiful building that dates back to the Eighteenth Century. Rome's palm tree filled Piazza is just behind Termini Station and, these days, filled with Indian and Chinese markets, as well as renowned quirky discount Emporium MAS. Santa Pudenziana is probably the oldest Christian church in Rome. It doesn’t look interesting at all from the outside, and inside it’s pretty plain, but the main attraction here are the 4th century mosaics (they have been restored). The mosaics (considered to be the oldest in Rome) are very impressive and colorful, they depict some religious scene. It’s worth a ...
