There is so much to explore in this amazing area! Diverse vendors and restaurants are everywhere! I especially loved the graffiti on a lot of the walls here. So much city culture and flavor packed into an exciting neighborhood.

If there was one thing I wanted to see while in Toronto, it was Kensington Market and its artsy vibe. I headed towards Chinatown and landed into a neighborhood filled with charming old houses, vintage shops and hipster locales covered in creative graffiti. My favorite thought was this delightful unexpected cafe - Sonic - that serves two purposes: features great street art and and serves some great espressos.

I've been to Toronto more times than I can count and want to kick myself for not sooner discovering Kensington Market aka my kind of place! Be prepared for a wonderful sensory overload! Lots of graffiti and offbeat people watching to do, with a plethora of patios to enjoy a drink or eats. Perfect place if you're after an artsy, laid-back vibe. It's where all the hipsters go. I recommend looking down every alleyway you pass by, as you never know what you'll spot. Stopped at Templeton's, where the patio was pumping! Excellent peach mojitos and reasonably priced food with generous portions and enjoyable atmosphere!

Really vibrant, fun area of Toronto filled with shops and cafes to check out! Reminds me a little bit of Camden Town in London, but with more boho-types and less punks.

Great outdoor market, kiosks/small eateries, shopping. Arguably the best coffee shop in the Toronto is on Augusta.

A nice very european district of Toronto. It really looks like some parts of London. I love the hippie atmosphere there : plenty of small colored shop selling everything you might need and want.
