Nice easy hiking trails up to the top for the summer. Kept the trails clean. Friendly people work at the resort.

It's called the Beast of the East for a reason. Tons of runs for every ability level. Lodges are set up for families (Ramshead) and the party scene (Bear Mtn). Outer Limits is one of those runs you just need to ski.

You can walk to Snowshed Lodge to start your ski day but there is also a free bus shuttle during ski season that runs a continuous loop every 10-15 minutes

The slopes of Killington are a short drive from us. This ski area has it all, from beginner terrain to expert steeps and tress, fantastic nightlife, great dining and family fun too. In the summer enjoy lift-accessed mountain biking, golf, frisbee golf, hiking and picnicking.

Another great place to enjoy the winter season! They've got a nice variety of trails, which made skiing/boarding with a group of varying skill levels easier than anticipated.

Description

With 140 trails and the world's most extreme snow-making equipment, Killington is one of the best known ski resorts on the East Coast. Just three hours from Boston or New York City on a good day, Killington attracts well over 15,000 skiers and snowboarders on peak days. Lift lines move quickly and the mountain is ginormous, so it's hard to tell you're in a crowd. Killington has one of the most fun-loving apr├Ęs-ski scenes, as well. While there's no quaint village or alpine-themed town, a line of rowdy bars, elegant restaurants and kickin' live music round out a long day on the slopes.
