Also known as China Walls, it's a popular place for locals to hang out and surf. The park is small, but with a nice flat surface, great for picnics and views of Diamond Head and the ocean. It's a nice place to watch the sunset.

This "beach" is really just a series of rock levels at the edge of the water; there is no sand. Despite this, it does offer a lovely view and there were not that many people there when I and one other person went. I did see wakeboarders and scuba divers using the water, which is remarkably clear.
