Krabi has some of the most beautiful beaches in southern Thailand, with limestone cliffs jutting out of turquoise water. You can come hear for rock climbing, kayaking, or general chilling out. It is not off the beaten track - plenty of tourists come here. But the scenery is amazing!

Known for rock climbing as well as a beautiful beach and turquoise waters, a visit to this little peninsula will not disappoint. Plenty of other travelers have discovered it too, but somehow I found that easy to overlook once we got our groove on. If you want something a little quieter, take a walk on over to Tonsai for the day.

Island-hopping is a must-do in Krabi. Cater at least half a day for it. On the first trip here, the boatman brought us to a lagoon at Hong Island, it's paradise. This trip to Krabi, went 4 other islands. They are all gorgeous. Enjoyed every moment.

It is one of the launching points to the famous Phi Phi islands, and has some cool islands right off its shore. This is the place to be to check out Thailand's jutting limestone islands in aqua blue and emerald green waters.
