    Mandarin Oriental, Kuala Lumpur

    Mandarin Oriental, Kuala Lumpur

    Class:
    14 reviews
Excellent! - 91% of guests recommend

The easiest way to combat Kuala Lumpur heat is to cool off in shopping malls, rehydrate in uber-trendy bars and grab posh nosh at your pick of global restaurants. To rest my weary head, the exquisite Mandarin Oriental is flawless. My sumptuous suite boasts floor-to-ceiling glass views of the Petronas Towers from lounge, and dining room for 10, complete with ...

    Hilton Kuala Lumpur

    Hilton Kuala Lumpur

    Class:
    13 reviews
Excellent! - 85% of guests recommend

The Hilton is an excellent place to stay while in KL. It's conveniently located so you can get almost anywhere on foot which is a big plus because the traffic can get pretty gnarly in KL. The rooms and amenities are high quality and a lot nicer than a standard Hilton that you might find in the US. It's clean, ...

    Sheraton Imperial Kuala Lumpur Hotel

    Sheraton Imperial Kuala Lumpur Hotel

    Class:
    10 reviews
Excellent! - 85% of guests recommend

This hotel is in a great location- close proximity to the Petronas towers and to some of the largest shopping malls. You have your pick of restaurants and places to visit around this hotel. The rooms are very simple and a little dated, but good enough. The staff is helpful when asked for something and the club lounge is good, ...

Berjaya Times Square Hotel and Convention Center

Berjaya Times Square Hotel and Convention Center

    Class:
    13 reviews
Good! - 76% of guests recommend

This hotel sucks no matter how cheap it is-opt for the Westin, Ritz or Mandarin Oriental. If this is price range, try the Sheraton Imperial instead.

Prince Hotel & Residence Kuala Lumpur

Prince Hotel & Residence Kuala Lumpur

    Class:
    8 reviews
Very Good! - 81% of guests recommend

A good stay with easy access to places. The room was clean, spacious, yet slightly dated. The Location is not friendly for a stroll, but close to the convention center, the Kompleks Kraf Market and the Golden Triangle Shopping (good shops & good restaurants). Service was standard. A more favorable area is around the Petronas Twinn Towers.

    Shangri-La Hotel Kuala Lumpur

    Shangri-La Hotel Kuala Lumpur

    Class:
    7 reviews
Excellent! - 92% of guests recommend

Agree with the review that it is a strategically located hotel in Kuala Lumpur, suitable for business trips. The monorail helps a lot especially during rush hour when traffic is heaviest.

Doubletree by Hilton Kuala Lumpur Hotel

Doubletree by Hilton Kuala Lumpur Hotel

    Class:
    4 reviews
Very Good! - 82% of guests recommend

The Double Tree is a good deal. They still have the cookies, but they've stepped up the classyness a notch in Kuala Lumpur. One of the best things is that the buffet, which is on a floor with a view, has several kitchens, so you can try Chinese, Indian, Malay, Paranakan, Kristan, and Iban food all at the same time, ...

    Le Meridien Kuala Lumpur

    Class:

Excellent! - 87% of guests recommend

This place has an unwelcoming atmosphere as i enter to the hotel because of my dress code which is really awkward for being there in the first place. The rooms are really neatly done but the most majestic thing about this place is still the swimming pool which is shared with the hilton. Although there is several downturn at the ...

    JW Marriott Hotel Kuala Lumpur

    Class:

Excellent! - 87% of guests recommend

This hotel is extremely Grand as though it boasts of Royalties are constantly staying there. The doorman is extremely efficient because everytime i walk he will open the door and say something nice to me. The swimming pool and the spa is as beautiful as the hilton in KL but still looses the advantage of view. I'm amazed although they ...

    Fraser Place Kuala Lumpur

    Fraser Place Kuala Lumpur

    Class:
    3 reviews
Excellent! - 89% of guests recommend

This place is geared for long-term stays, and a lot of gas and oil executives stay here as it's close to the big companies. It's a quiet and pretty private feeling place with the pool, gym (open 24 hours), sauna, jacuzzis, and washing machines all located on the top floor. The deck off the hot and cold jacuzzis and wet ...

    Ritz-Carlton Kuala Lumpur

    Ritz-Carlton Kuala Lumpur

    Class:
    3 reviews

The rooms at The Ritz come with butler service and feel like what one might picture Katharine Hepburn's county house might look like. Although, I doubt Katharine Hepburn's country house had the flat screen TV and i-pod dock that now come with the rooms at The Ritz. At night there's either a pianist or a harpest playing in the lounge, ...

    The Royale Chulan Kuala Lumpur

    The Royale Chulan Kuala Lumpur

    Class:
    2 reviews
Excellent! - 87% of guests recommend

The Royale Chulan has made the effort to be a Malaysian looking hotel, using the art and architecture styles from a couple different states in Malaysia. The city doesn't have many historical hotels--Carcosa seri Negara built in 1904 is one of the few authentically older hotels--so most visitors end up staying in high end high rises or low end budget ...

    The Westin Kuala Lumpur

    The Westin Kuala Lumpur

    Class:
    2 reviews
Very Good! - 83% of guests recommend

I stayed here twice. What should I say? It's a dazzling location; it's in the midst of Kuala Lumpur's bustling Golden Triangle, and it has immediate access to the city's most fashionable shopping malls and vibrant nightlife. The Westin is within walking distance to KLCC (15 min) and also Aquaria KLCC. Honestly, the rooms are clean, the customer service is good, ...

MiCasa All Suite Hotel Kuala Lumpur

MiCasa All Suite Hotel Kuala Lumpur

    Class:
    2 reviews
Good! - 79% of guests recommend

Mi Casa is by the embassies and banks, so it's geared toward long-term stays for ex-pats. At first I wasn't so sure about the location because you have to cross over a sky bridge to get over a really busy street in order to get to most things in the area, but once I was inside the hotel, near the ...
